Job Description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

 

As the Inventory Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring an adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and the organization's philosophy. You will also be responsible for the overall management of vendor accounts and overseeing the daily activities of the inventory control staff.

 

  • Leads inventory operations by reviewing processes, identifying issues, and implementing improvements; ensures asset transfers and stakeholder coordination.
  • Oversees warehouse storage strategies, including inventory organization and handling.
  • Evaluates and enhances inventory systems by identifying gaps, documenting needs, and collaborating with management.
  • Manages inventory audits, customer validations, and item disposition reporting.
  • Partners with the Operations Manager to track and report on operational metrics, including monthly OPEX and adjustments.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.

Must be able to analyze and develop procedures. Requires accurate and efficient record keeping and verification of inventory changes. Has broad knowledge of typical inventory processes and procedures. Must be able the ability to train and direct the work of others.

 

 

WHAT WE OFFER:

 

Compensation:

The total compensation range for this position is $90,900 – $106,050 and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. 

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.  Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
