Job Description

As a Legal Administrative Intern at Lennox International, you’ll be part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable professionals supporting our Chief Legal Officer (CLO) organization. This is a part-time opportunity aligned with your academic schedule and designed to give you real-world experience in a corporate legal environment. You will play a key role in enabling the day-to-day operations of the legal team while gaining exposure to business leaders and core legal processes that drive our business forward. This position will be part-time and onsite at our office in Richardson, TX.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? 

You will be entrusted with a wide range of administrative and project-based responsibilities, including: 

  • Coordinate attorney travel, meetings, and expense reports 
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and interns 
  • Maintain legal department tools and resources (e.g., iManage, SharePoint, org charts) 
  • Support logistics for legal team events, volunteer outings, and internal communications 
  • Manage mail, document formatting, and general workspace organization 
  • Other tasks and projects as needed by the legal team

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint experience a plus 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Pursuing a degree in Business, Legal Studies, Pre-Law, or another related field 
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively 
  • Passion for delivering high-quality work and improving processes 

Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
