Job Description

Leads, supports, and drives the Lennox National Account Services (NAS) operations Quality and Training initiatives. Drives performance to ensure quality of work and aligns company Training programs to achieve optimal results. This role is a key member of the Leadership Team and a leader who must solve problems, makes informed decisions and manages resources in order to achieve maximum results with a high level of integrity and professionalism.

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Supports, coaches, and directs Lennox NAS quality initiatives and training needs to ensure effective results.
  • Field Operations: Ensures quality standards are maintained for the field in the most efficient manner. Seeks out improvement opportunities. Works closely with Operations leaders to assess needs and develop strategies to achieve business needs. Ensures field audits are scheduled and completed.
  • Customer Service: Ensures quality standards are in place to meet and deliver customer expectations.
  • Training: Identifies training and development needs for the field operations staff functions. Defines and develops training goals to ensure all personnel are equipped and ready to meet business requirements. Works closely with Field Technical Specialist to organize effectively and to develop strategies and goals to meet business objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicates with business leaders and works closely to meet defined strategies and goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) or equivalent related work experience
  • Successfully managed a related field support organization or service business for a minimum of three years or a minimum of five years equivalent field operations management experience
  • Minimum five (5) years supervisory experience
  • HVAC industry knowledge preferred
  • Computer skills and proficiency in MS Office software
  • Ability to develop and train work force, build relationships
  • Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively
