Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

As part of the LCH Sales Operations team, you will help drive the optimization of sales operations, identify revenue opportunities, and contribute to shaping the channel strategy.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and automate dashboards & BI reports using tools like Qlik, Tableau, Power BI (or similar) for senior management.
  • Lead design, production, and delivery of sales forecast tools, quota working files, and monthly sales performance reports—tracking forecast accuracy and KPIs.
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive analytics models to give actionable guidance on sales strategy.
  • Develop and maintain consistent reporting tools that enable members to access key KPIs and drive business growth easily.
  • Mine, transform, and analyze multi-source data (CRM, ERP, external) using SQL, VBA, Python; ensure integrity and governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally—with Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance—to roll out process improvements, tool enhancements, AI, and BI initiatives.

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 2–5+ years in sales analytics, BI, or Sales ops role.
  • Possesses strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and make actionable recommendations
  • Technologically savvy with advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and Qlik Sense/View knowledge
  • Ability to lead strategic projects and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to drive practical discussions. Experience managing and influencing stakeholders, key customers, and cross-functional partners
  • Solid scripting skills in Python and/or SQL for ETL, data modeling, and automation.

This position is working Monday through Friday in the office.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $98k - $122k and will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
