WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial HVAC Controls Lead Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, development, and management of our commercial HVAC control products throughout their lifecycle. This role will also have exposure for some unitary product lines such as rooftops and/or splits systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure our product offerings meet market demands and drive customer satisfaction. As a subject matter expert, you will guide product development initiatives, analyze market trends, and champion product enhancements to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. The Lead Product Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our product portfolio.

This position is based in the office, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role and market is between $116,450 – $143,850 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
