Job Description

 

This position is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize cash management, liquidity forecasting, and overall financial performance. This includes managing the company's cash balances to ensure sufficient liquidity is maintained.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

 

  • Involved in all aspects of treasury operations, including risk management (e.g., currency risk, commodity risk, eg), and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.  This includes assisting with the commodity and FX hedging programs at Lennox.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs within treasury operations. This may involve leading system implementations and automating processes.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to ensure efficient treasury operations and optimized banking services.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.  Working closely with internal, external auditors, and corporate accounting as needed.
  • Assisting with cash flow and cash positioning to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations. This involves monitoring daily cash positions, analyzing variances, and making short-term investment or borrowing decisions.
  • Managing the timely and accurate reporting of intercompany loan schedules.  This includes reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies with Tax and Corporate Accounting.
  • Assisting in ad-hoc analyses and presentations to support the needs of senior management.

 

Qualifications

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Master's degree is preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ability to work independently with attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Collaborative and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

This position is based in the office, Monday through Friday.

The compensation range for this position is approximately $98,000 - $129,000 and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education
