Job Description

As an HRLP Intern at Lennox, you’ll be immersed in a dynamic, hands-on experience that mirrors the responsibilities of our full-time HR Leadership Program. You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals and business leaders on meaningful projects that span multiple HR disciplines.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA, or related graduate program in Human Resources
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Geographically mobile and open to relocation

Qualifications

Requires current enrollment in a Masters of HR or MBA program. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
