As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.
This intern will be passionate about problem-solving, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. Will work closely with our Continuous Improvement and Operations teams to identify inefficiencies, analyze data, and support initiatives that drive productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to create and interpret process maps, flowcharts, and standard work documents
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence in asking the right questions
WHAT WILL GIVE YOU AN EDGE?
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Operations Management, or similar
Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma concepts
Experience with project management tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Trello, or similar
Proficiency with advanced data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar
SAP, EWM, or TM experience
Prior exposure to supply chain, distribution operations, or continuous improvement projects
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80 – $22/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
