Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: 

  •  Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the output of systems, applications and tools ensuring that processes are being followed, that data is accurate and SLA’s are met.
  •  Responsible for data accuracy for Material Master data in the domain.
  •  Takes ownership for the data in the systems that houses master data including EBX and SAP ensuring data integrity.
  •  Addresses data quality issues as they arise performing root cause analysis and staying engaged until resolution.
  •  Identifies and resolves moderately complex production related errors
  •  Understands and can clearly communicate data quality issues specific to the data domain
  •  Partners with Data Governance, Data Stewards and the MDM team to ensure changes to processes utilizing data are updated and scaled throughout the organization
  •  Responsible for maintaining and publishing clear data definitions for the enterprise
  •  Responsible for the tactical execution of Master Data processes and procedures
  •  Ensures SOX procedures and requirements are followed

Qualifications

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: 

  •  Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  •  Requires at least 5 years related experience. 
  •  Results oriented and a self-starter.
  •  Experience in data processing, audit, quality assurance and process improvement.
  •  Analytical skills and attention to detail
  •  Excellent communication (verbal and written).
  •  Confident with scheduling and hosting meetings.
  •  Ability to work under general direction on multiple tasks with competing timelines.
  •  4 to 6 years of data management or a degree in a Data Management related field, IT or Business-related field.
  •  2 years of audit, process improvement, accounting, information technology, testing or quality assurance.
  •  Passion for quality data. Asks the question why.
  •  Working Knowledge of Data Governance Principles.
  •  EBX or other MDM tool experience.
  •  Zflow or other workflow tool experience.

Critical Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge in MS Excel (vlookup function required)
  • Intermediate knowledge of SAP MM
  • Working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word

WHAT WE OFFER: 

 

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between ($87,000-$110,000) annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
