WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
The FP&A Revenue Analyst plays a critical role in revenue forecasting and leads the analysis of Price, Volume, and Mix (PVM) to assess and optimize the company's revenue streams. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to evaluate key revenue drivers, deliver actionable insights on market trends, and ensure that revenue plans and forecasts align with the organization's strategic objectives. This role also supports high-level decision-making processes, including the preparation of the Long-Range Plan, and engages closely with leadership across the business unit, the Building Climate Solutions Segment, and LII corporate teams. This role presents a unique opportunity to elevate your FP&A expertise within a high-visibility capacity, offering exposure to critical strategic initiatives across the company.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in the market is between $81,000 and $100,000 annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus of 2% in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
