WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

This analyst conducts analysis to ensure inventory meets the needs of production schedules and may also help ensure that systems and processes meet inventory supply requirements.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

• Research equipment, repair part, allowance, supply and inventory problems.
• Schedule and revise shipment plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to satisfy customers.
• Analyze inventory levels, production speed and product demand to determine reorder levels that ensure product availability and minimize inventory costs.
• Develop detailed inventory scenarios and identify trends.
• Participate in major studies of procedures and systems.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.
• Requires strong analytical skills, strong knowledge of inventory processes and command of mathematics and statistical tools used in analysis process.
• Must be effective in prioritizing activities and addressing details.
• Must have strong organization and problem solving skills.
• Requires knowledge of typical operations in manufacturing organizations and their dependency on the inventory.
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to use MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between 57K to 76K annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
