Are you passionate about people and driven to make a difference? In this role, you will be a  go-to resource for employees, providing day-to-day HR support, leading hourly recruiting, and driving engagement initiatives that make our workplace positive and productive.   This role is essential in attracting top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting a workplace culture we're proud of. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver high-quality HR support and service to employees related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
  • Coach employees to enhance performance and drive success. 
  • Manage employee relations efforts by conducting thorough investigations, ensuring timely follow-up,  and recommending appropriate disciplinary action.
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies for hourly positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best talent for our organization.
  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including conducting orientations and maintaining up-to-date onboarding materials.
  •  Develop a community presence by identifying and engaging with community organizations to enhance recruiting efforts.
  • Plan and execute plant-wide employee engagement events, recognition activities, and community volunteer events.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve hiring processes to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Analyze hiring data and employee metrics to support HR strategies focused on retention and workforce planning.
  • Lead or support key HR initiatives such as redesigning orientation programs and implementing retention strategies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound judgment in handling sensitive information.
  • Manage clerical and administrative HR tasks such as filing personnel records, maintaining HRIS data integrity, generating reports, preparing HR communications, scheduling meetings, and ensuring accurate documentation across all HR functions.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of HR experience preferred.
  • Experience with high-volume recruiting in manufacturing.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Experience planning, organizing, and executing engagement activities. 
  • Experience creating and delivering informational presentations to employees and leaders.
  • Customer-service mindset with a passion for helping people.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between 62,000- 82,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

 

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

 

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
