What Drives Success

As a Sr. Manager, Quality & Training at Advanced Distributor Products, you will be responsible for developing hourly training programs and driving quality assurance throughout the Grenada, MS manufacturing plant. A passion for quality starts on day 1 – and the ideal candidate for this role will help new hires understand the importance of high standards and following work instructions in the manufacturing process.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Partner with operations leaders to identify workforce training needs, including technical and skills-based requirements.
  • Design, implement, and manage training programs for operations employees in areas such as new hire training, assembly, fabrication, and specialized skills like brazing and specialized machines.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through data analysis and feedback and recommend and implement improvements to enhance training outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure training content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation of training activities and results
  • Lead a quality team responsible for working with the production floor on quality initiatives and programs.
  • Own the development of quality standards and protocols for quality assurance testing models.
  • Develop techniques for ensuring the maintenance of quality levels and oversee the quality sampling procedures, techniques, and equipment.
  • Maintain a continuous inspection, testing, analysis, and problem resolution process to ensure quality standards can be met on a continuous basis.
  • Responsible for the detection of quality variances.
  • Recommend and drive actions needed to achieve and maintain established quality levels.
  • Develop project plans and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Confer with customers to define and resolve product quality problems.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience. Requires at least 3 years experience as a manager.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $137,000-$171,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10 paid holidays, and 1 floating holiday per year.
