Home Comfort Solutions (HCS): A $3.6B segment that manufacturers and markets a broad range of home heating and cooling equipment for both the residential replacement and new construction markets in North America. Its product lines – extending from the entry level market segment to the premium high efficiency market segment – include air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, packaged heating and cooling systems, HVAC parts and accessories. HCS manufacturing facilities are located in Marshalltown, Iowa; Orangeburg, South Carolina; Grenada, Mississippi; and Saltillo, Mexico.
Building Climate Solutions (BCS): A $1.7B segment that provides indoor comfort solutions for low-rise office buildings, restaurants, retail establishments, distribution centers, schools, and other light commercial applications, as well as commercial refrigeration solutions to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses, and distribution centers in North America. Our HVAC service business focuses on full protection, preventive maintenance, planned replacement, installation, and recycling for schools, restaurants, and retail establishments on a national basis. HVAC products include packaged rooftop units, split systems, VRF and indoor air quality systems. Commercial refrigeration products include unit coolers, condensing units and compressorized racks. BCS manufacturing facilities are located in Stuttgart, Arkansas; Tifton, Georgia; Stone Mountain, Georgia; Tallassee, Alabama; Weatherford, Texas; Wheeling, West Virginia; Reno, Nevada; and Saltillo, Mexico.
The Sr. Manager, Distribution Operations is a strategic and results-oriented leader who oversees a team to drive innovative strategies and initiatives to meet business objectives. This role is critical in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of parts and supplies that support our customers, field service teams, and dealer network. The leader is experienced in high-volume, multi-SKU distribution environments, has strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. The leader is tasked to drive efficiencies and optimize our distribution processes. This leader defines the overall distribution strategy and manages the high-level activities required to deliver exceptional customer experience while delivering on budgeted financial objectives.
Working with the leadership team, this leader will be charged with translating a vision of ambitious growth into impactful plans by engaging and energizing all levels of the organization into delivering year-on-year service excellence and operational productivity.

Skills and Competencies
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in parts and supplies distribution and related supply chain operations, including prior experience in a leadership position. This candidate must be self-motivated, resourceful and bring a strong parts and supplies ‘world class’ mindset to the function.
Other Work Requirements
This is an on-site leadership role based in Richardson, TX, with occasional travel to other Lennox locations.
Compensation:
This is a salaried exempt role. The salary range for this role and market is between $122k – $160k annually. Factors that may affect the starting salary include geography/market and the individual’s tenure, performance, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual short term incentive bonus of 15% in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
