What Drives Success

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develops and maintains favorable relationships with new and existing clients in order to increase revenue
  • Under minimal supervision, handles incoming customer requests and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitors open orders to ensure completeness in a prompt manner.
  • Ensures proper pricing and provides proposal on new services.
  • Reviews and troubleshoots customer problems and initiates standard action with field service as guided by customer contract.
  • Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and reporting.
  • Provides support to lower level staff on non-standard case issuesRefers highly unusual situations to higher authority for review and reconciliation.
  • May assess needs and suggest/promote alternative products or services.
  • Customer and field sales support is the primary function, but will include some selling or promotion of products or services.
  • Responsible for creating and managing daily customer quotations.
  • Manages quote follow-up process including weekly open quote reports, updating CRM to reflect quote status.
  • Assists in credit and collection activities.
  • Provides reports proactively to show data necessary for account growth opportunities
  • Some travel required 

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

 

This position is 100% remote, working the mountain time zone business hours. 


Requires strong abilities with building relationships, listening, persuading, negotiating and managing time. Some knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. Knows some principles and processes for providing customer service. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Effective at written and verbal communication. Has basic user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management software.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between $51,000 - $67,200 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.
