This manager is responsible for achieving team sales goals within a defined southeastern geographic area, possibly in Florida, including the city proper and a 75-mile radius. As the primary level sales manager, the person in this position is also responsible for the day-to-day activities of the field sales organization, including the inside and outside sales representatives. The person will work out of thier home office with up to 60% travel required, and a company car is provided. The ideal candidate will be located in the market of Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Tampa, or Miami.
Responsibilities:
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. This position includes a base salary, commission, and an incentive plan. The compensation range for this role is $ 150,400 to $197,400, comprising 75% base salary and 25% commission, with additional incentives and an uncapped commission structure. Compensation is based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.
