What Drives Success

The Financial Planning Analyst Lead is responsible for creating accounting, financial reporting, planning and analysis for the Residential Segment. This includes assisting in updating forecasts, analyzing financial results, and communicating the financial story to Accounting, FP&A Business Partners, and Segment CFO. The position provides the opportunity to develop experience in the fundamentals of financial performance and reporting best practices.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Review financial results, comparing and analyzing actuals versus plan, forecast, and prior year to analyze the cause of variances, identify trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators
  • Partner with other Finance Business Partners to understand key business drivers, then based on financial results document findings, insights, and implications to the Residential business
  • Partner with Finance and Accounting business partners to provide inputs to monthly and quarterly financial cash forecasting and reporting
  • Support the development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance the efficiency of business applications and processes
  • Support development of annual financial plan targets for Residential Manufacturing Sites
  • Support financial forecast consolidation process for the Segment
  • Assist ad hoc financial research projects as needed
  • Coach less-experienced financial analysts

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 8 years related experience.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong Excel and Access skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion).
  • Advanced aptitude in problem solving.
  • Strong leadership skills and initiative.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $101,600 - $133,350 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
