What Drives Success

Under the supervision of the Manager, Loyalty Programs, the CAP Program Manager scope of work is as follows:  

  • Develops and continually updates marketing plans that foster program growth, implementing high-impact campaigns to drive new customer acquisition and existing member engagement. 
  • Responsible for program enrollment and onboarding of 2200+ Lennox customers who represent close to 60% of our annual LRH revenue. 
  • Regularly leads district, region and company-wide training on the CAP program, the customer benefits, and how dealers can best utilize it. (15+ presentations a year) 
  • Manages relationships with two agencies and three vendor partners, ensuring KPIs are met, reporting is standardized, and overall program health is maintained. 
  • Provides strategic direction to the agency of record on dealer network marketing strategy and planning. 
  • Partners with the agency of record / Lennox Brand Team to develop fully integrated, co-branded campaign assets to be leveraged across dealer networks. 
  • Partners cross-functionally with the Promotions team to incorporate consumer rebate offers into dealer marketing plans. 
  • Collaborates with the New Business team to introduce program offerings and benefits to prospective dealers with the goal of converting them to the full-service program. 
  • Manages and updates customer records in Salesforce and SAP to ensure accuracy and proper application of program benefits. 
  • Collaborates and supports Field Sales teams to socialize CAP program benefits and help achieve sales targets. 
  • Works cross-functionally with other marketing teams to leverage assets, align messaging, and maximize efficiencies. 
  • Collaborates with Finance, Accounting, Credit, and IT to support marketing program operations, including expense management and billing processes. 
  • Develops, analyzes, and manages $22M GL account that is amortized over a 10-month period and billed back to the dealer monthly. This account has to be closely monitored for accuracy of both money but also timing.  
  • Provides monthly updates to leadership with program health and insights into dealer's media plans/trends.  
  • Monitors industry trends and the competitive landscape, adopting best practices to improve overall program performance and value. 

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 1 year related experience.
  • Requires knowledge of marketing best practices.
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $64,000 - $84,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
