The Quality Assurance Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role oversees day-to-day inspection activities, supports continuous improvement, and partners closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll help shape a culture of accountability, development, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Quality Inspectors.
Oversee product and process verification to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
Support root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assign and prioritize daily inspection tasks to support production schedules.
Monitor performance metrics and inspection trends; identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Production, Training, and customer representatives.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-quality work environment.
Maintain accurate inspection, production, and time records.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in quality control, inspection, testing, or a related manufacturing role (supervisory experience strongly preferred).
8+ years of overall related experience is ideal.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $71,200 - $93,450 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
