This is a pivotal role for a strategic, customer-centric leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments. You will drive the voice of the customer, equip our sales team, and own the results of your categories. You will primarily engage with customers, Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Supply Planning while also partnering to support Product Management, the evolution of our product roadmap, and develop business cases.

  • Execution focus & ownership – Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Analytical problem-solving – Uses data and market insights to inform decision-making and optimize commercialization strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute GTM strategies for your categories, ensuring alignment with business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product positioning, pricing strategies, and commercialization efforts.
  • Evaluate product performance, develop KPI dashboards, and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance profitability and market share.
  • Provide financial analysis to support pricing, cost structures, and ROI modeling for product initiatives.
  • Support forecasting and business planning activities, including sales projections, revenue optimization, supply & demand planning, and annual commercialization planning.
  • Partner with sales and channel teams to develop product messaging, sales enablement tools, and training materials.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing, product management, and sales to ensure alignment on customer value proposition and strategic priorities.
  • Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion, product lifecycle management, and competitive differentiation.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • 5 years of relevant experience in product marketing, commercialization, or GTM strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyze pricing models, revenue forecasts, and P&L implications.
  • Expertise in data analysis to assess market trends, customer segmentation, and product performance.
  • Experience in B2B marketing, HVAC, or related manufacturing industries is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including branding, product lifecycle management, and competitive positioning.
  • Ability to interpret financial data, P&L statements, and pricing models to inform business decisions.
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data & ideas to meet the needs of each audience.
  • Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and taking initiative in a fast-paced environment.

What Will Give You an Edge

  • Experience working through a stage gate development process.
  • The ability to lead your category with courage.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to work cross functionally, achieving results based on influence rather than reporting relationships.
