Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with operations leadership to identify workforce training needs, including both technical and skills-based development opportunities.
  • Design, implement, and oversee hands-on training programs in areas such as assembly, fabrication, brazing, and run testing.
  • Measure and evaluate training program effectiveness using data, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Recommend and execute improvements to strengthen training impact, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all training content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals and safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with HR and operations to support new hire onboarding, reallocation of workforce training, and certification programs.
  • Serve as a coach and mentor to trainers, ensuring consistent quality and delivery across all programs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field — or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning role — preferably within a manufacturing or operations environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven relationship-building and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data-driven insights to evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvement.
  • A continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to enhance training processes and standardize best practices.
