  • Teach core selling skills: outbound calling, prospecting, objection handling, consultative selling.
  • Partner with technical teams to integrate sales and technical training for Comfort Advisors and Service Technicians.

Dealer-Facing Training

  • Collaborate with District and Territory Managers to identify dealer training needs and deliver tailored programs.
  • Facilitate onboarding product training for new customers and support dealer growth initiatives.
  • Deliver training in-person and virtually, focusing on sales process mastery, equipment differentiation, and customer experience.

Content Creation & Enablement

  • Develop weekly sales insights for Territory Managers to share with dealers.
  • Create training tools, presentations, and digital resources in partnership with Marketing and Product teams.
  • Maintain a regional training calendar aligned with corporate priorities.

Coaching & Field Engagement

  • Conduct ride-alongs to observe dealer interactions and provide coaching.
  • Share feedback with leadership on training needs, sales trends, and execution gaps.

Continuous Improvement

  • Use performance data and KPIs to measure training impact and refine programs.
  • Integrate best practices from the HVAC and B2B sales industry.
  • Support adoption of new sales technologies and CRM tools.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales training, coaching, or enablement roles.
  • Strong understanding of consultative and value-based selling models.
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
