What Drives Success

The LRH Regional FP&A Lead Analyst serves as the principal financial partner for two regions, delivering expertise in forecasting, financial analysis, and stakeholder communication. This position provides guidance and mentorship to a junior analyst, supporting the development of fundamental business and financial competencies.

 

The role collaborates with regional teams to prepare accurate forecasts and achieve financial objectives. The position offers significant exposure to high-level decision-making, leveraging data analysis and reporting to generate valuable insights. The Lead Analyst is expected to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and participate in initiatives that drive organizational transformation.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Serve as a thought leader for fellow analysts, proactively sharing expertise, best practices, and fostering collaboration to drive effective financial analysis and results.
  • Leads LRH finance in adopting AI for core processes like forecasting and data analysis.
  • Develops annual financial plan targets for Lennox Residential HVAC (LRH) and associated regions, with monthly updates to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Supports the execution of strategic initiatives, contributing to the attainment of revenue and margin goals.
  • Conducts comprehensive reviews of financial results in partnership with business stakeholders, analyzing actual performance against plan, forecast, and prior year figures to identify variances, discern trends, and monitor impacts to key performance indicators.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional partners to gain a thorough understanding of key business drivers, then communicates findings, insights, and implications to the Region leadership.
  • Leads the development and deployment of sophisticated financial models and analytical tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of business processes and applications.
  • Analyzes financial metrics—NPV, IRR, and payback period—for store network decisions such as new locations, renewals, and relocations to guide profitability assessments.
  • Performs ad hoc financial research as required

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field with 8 years of related experience
    • Master’s Degree or MBA Candidate a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, BW, Hyperion) and/or analytics platforms (e.g., Qlik) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent financial modeling skills

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $101,600 and $133,350  annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
