The individual in this role will be responsible for making sure products reach their destinations safely, securely, and on-time. Part of supply chain management in charge of governing transportation efforts.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Execute carrier and mode selection for Lennox shipments.
• Manage loss and damage claims.
• Lennox private fleet routing.
• Manage regional freight compliance for all shipping locations within their assigned region.
• Ensure that the quality of all transportation services provided meets the required standards.
• Develop processes that make Lennox transportation more efficient and organized.
• Develop annual cost savings projects that align with LII corporate freight cost reduction targets.
• Execute freight cost reduction initiatives within their region ($100k+ target annually).

Requires an associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 2 years relevant experience.

Attention to detail. Strong time management and organization skills. Communication skills and ability to work well with other cross functional teams. Quality management skills. Knowledge of TMS, SAP, Excel systems. Planning skills. Understanding various transportation modes: LTL, Truck Load, Intermodal.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $58,000 - $75,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
