We are seeking a technically savvy leader to join our dynamic ADP Product Management team. As a Manager of Product Management, you will be responsible for leading the product management team as well as developing and executing the product portfolio strategy of the Advanced Distributor Products offerings. This role will also have direct responsibility for specialty product lines such as Evaporator Coils, Air Handlers and Unit Heaters. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure our product offerings meet market demands and drive customer satisfaction. We are looking for a leader to guide product development initiatives, anticipate market trends, and champion product enhancements to maintain and expand our competitive edge in the industry.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $115,200 - $151,200 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
