What Drives Success

As the Systems & Process Trainer, you will play a key role in equipping our Commercial Sales and Support teams with the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to use our systems, tools, and processes effectively. You will partner closely with Sales, IT, and other cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality eLearning and Instructor-led training experiences. This role reports to the Training & Enablement Manager.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development

  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to understand system functionality and processes.
  • Develop engaging, practical eLearning modules and ILT courses tailored to the needs of sales and customer service teams.

Training Delivery

  • Deliver impactful training sessions, both virtually and in-person, ensuring participants gain a deep understanding of relevant systems and processes.
  • Customize training programs based on the specific needs of different teams.

CRM & Systems Expertise

  • Leverage extensive CRM expertise (C4C, LST, SAP) experience to enhance training content and provide real-world examples.
  • Guide teams in maximizing the use of CRM tools to improve sales and customer service efficiency.

SAP and HVAC Knowledge

  • Preferred candidates will possess knowledge of SAP systems, the HVAC industry, and Lennox Commercial sales and service processes.
  • Integrate SAP and HVAC-specific content into training materials to create a well-rounded learning experience.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and technological advancements.
  • Gather feedback from participants to continually enhance and refine training programs.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with T&E Manager and training peers to shape and execute the overall training strategy for Lennox Commercial Sales and Support teams.
  • Establish a methodology and cadence to reassess all systems and process training initiatives, incorporating team and customer feedback to adjust the approach as needed.
  • Establish course content and student learning objectives for the Lennox Commercial Sales team and Lennox Commercial customers.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new employees to ensure a smooth, consistent learning experience.
  • This position could require up to 30% travel for in-person training conducted throughout the US and Canada.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Learning & Development, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of training experience, with strong facilitation, coaching, and classroom management skills.
  • HVAC Industry knowledge
  • 3+ years of system (CRM/C4C LST, SAP) and process expertise.
  • Requires proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to simplify complex processes and translate system functionality into practical, user-friendly training.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role in this market is between $62,000 and $80,850 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography and market, as well as the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role do not qualify for overtime.

Depending on the date of hire and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days of paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
