What Drives Success

The Senior Corporate Communications Specialist plays a critical role in planning and executing strategic communication initiatives that engage internal and external audiences. This position is responsible for developing high-impact content, managing communication channels, and ensuring alignment with Lennox’s brand voice and business priorities. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, the Senior Specialist will lead content strategy, oversee execution of communication calendars, and collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent messaging.

 

Responsibilities

  • Serve as communications lead and strategic communications advisor to internal clients – determining appropriate tone, message, and channel to deliver clear and effective messaging
  • Plan and manage a comprehensive content calendar for internal and external messaging, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and external communications that reflect Lennox’s corporate voice and strategic priorities.
  • Coordinate distribution of internal communications across multiple channels (email, intranet, digital signage).
  • Manage incoming communication requests, partnering with internal stakeholders to assess needs and deliver content support.
  • Support media relations efforts, including responding to inquiries, coordinating interviews, and maintaining media contact lists.
  • Develop and schedule social media content to support campaigns, announcements, and brand engagement across platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners to align messaging with organizational goals.

 

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail and brand voice.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver strategic communications.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $79,000-$104,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
