What Drives Success

Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.)

 

Responsible for the implementation and enhancements of IBP modules Supply & Response, and Inventory. Must be able to collaborate with varying levels of technical understanding and be a thought leader and change agent who is able to adapt in a very fast paced, ever-changing environment. This dynamic role will allow the individual to tap into their technical architecture, analytical and leadership skills, interact with internal stakeholders and to think outside the box in developing creative solutions.

 

· Responsible for the overall technical architecture, design, for SAP IBP Supply & Response, Inventory Optimization, SAP CPI-DS, SDI, RTI.

· Accountable for software delivery including continuous improvement, practices, and principles.

· Document major processes and development milestones.

· Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of application systems and industry requirements.

· Analyzes business and user needs and follows through the full development life cycle.

· Modifies, maintains, and updates complex IBP and CPI-DS configuration.

· Stay up to date with best practices and follow standards.

· Ensure solutions align with the IT long-term strategy.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience.

· 5 years hands on experience with planning solutions SAP IBP.

· 3-5 years of SAP ERP experience SAP IBP Inventory, Supply & Response, CPI-DS

· Experience 5+ years in software development/architecture

· Experience working in Inventory optimization solution

· Knowledge of Agile methodology

· Excellent critical thinking aptitude

· Organizational and time-management skills are necessary

· Ability to use soft skills techniques to collaborate in a dynamic and challenging work environment

· Must demonstrate good oral, written and presentation communication skills

· Passionate orientation and attention to customer satisfaction

· Experience working with multi-geographic teams

· Experience integrating with other platforms like SAP BW is a plus.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $112,000-$147,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
