JOB TITLE:        IT Program Manager Lead

 

LOCATION:        Richardson, TX, and hybrid role, may work from home.

 

DUTIES:

  • Oversee the organization's portfolio of IT projects across the Residential Segment.
  • Lead strategy and roadmap sessions for digital platforms, ensuring alignment with evolving business objectives.
  • Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineers to ensure technical solutions adhere to architectural standards.
  • Oversee end-to-end lifecycle of complex, multi-faceted programs involving cross-functional teams.
  • Define project scope, budget, timeline, resources, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop project plans for the B2B enterprise eCommerce architecture and site enhancements.
  • Oversee a quality assurance process, including integration and system testing.
  • Monitor outsourced services and hosting providers for ongoing support.
  • Ensure all systems are aligned with the long-term IT strategy.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and alignment.
  • Coordinate external implementation partners and manage SLAs and contracts, enforcing testing, validation, and production readiness practices, and ensuring secure development and integration per regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies such as AI, ML, and Martech, and best practices in e-commerce, while sharing knowledge and driving innovation within the organization.
  • Oversee technical design and implementation of digital platforms, including SAP Commerce (Hybris), Salesforce, Adobe, Analytical and Content Management functionalities, and third-party SaaS platforms.
  • Lead work relations and deliverables with third-party eCommerce partners and internal IT.
  • Create a detailed business analysis document that outlines problems, opportunities, and solutions.
  • Lead business requirement discussions, evaluate and document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Act as a bridge between senior leadership and project teams, providing direction, managing resources, and ensuring all projects within the program are executed efficiently and cohesively.
  • Manage project plan, scope, risk, and resources.
  • Ensure systems and integrations meet all relevant security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across delivery teams.
  • Promote best practices in software development, risk management, and agile execution. 

What We Are Looking For

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Technical Program Manager, IT Solutions Program Manager, E-commerce Solutions Program Manager, or in a related/similar position.
  • Experience therein to include 8 years of experience providing technical solutions and project management of B2B enterprise eCommerce architecture, including gathering business requirements and mapping them into SAP Commerce (Hybris), Analytical and Content Management functionalities.
  • 8 years of experience participating in design discussions involving project issues and enhancements, and providing technical advice on SAP Commerce, (Hybris), Adobe and third-party SaaS platforms at enterprise level.
  • Experience therein to include 6 years of experience coordinating external implementation partners and managing SLAs and contracts, enforcing testing, validation, and production readiness practices, and ensuring development and integration per regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Experience therein to include 5 years of experience leading business requirement discussions, evaluating and documenting business requirements, and translating them into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Experience therein to include 4 years of experience with Salesforce. 
  • Hybrid role, ability to work from home.
