What Drives Success

Position Overview:


We seek an accomplished Manager, Warehouse Operations to spearhead the transformation and optimization of our flagship 100,000+ square foot distribution center. This leader will be responsible for transforming and optimizing warehouse operations across multiple brands and systems while establishing the foundation for future growth. This role demands someone who can stabilize, systematize, and scale operations seamlessly.  The ideal candidate will professionalize our logistics operations while building a culture of excellence without operational disruption.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead comprehensive transformation of warehouse operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and system alignment across multiple brands and ERP platforms
  • Establish and maintain adherence to safety standards, and company policies through systematic leadership approaches
  • Implement and optimize fulfillment practices ensuring accuracy in order processing, shipping, and inventory management
  • Serve as a champion for multi-ERP environment management, ensuring seamless data flow between NetSuite, legacy systems, and future platforms
  • Ensure all transaction data across systems is accurate, timely, and actionable while supporting development of performance dashboards
  • Build and lead high-performance teams through authentic leadership, clear communication, and strategic vision
  • Create culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence without creating workplace disruption
  • Design and implement comprehensive KPI frameworks including shipping accuracy, on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and labor efficiency metrics
  • Establish time studies and systematic approaches to optimize staffing, scheduling, and facility layout for maximum efficiency
  • Lead root-cause analysis initiatives and implement corrective action plans to drive continuous improvement
  • Monitor and optimize inventory movement, space utilization, and warehouse workflows using data-driven methodologies  
  • Position facility and team structure to seamlessly incorporate new Lennox parts and supplies distribution
  • Develop scalable systems and processes that can accommodate business growth and additional product lines
  • Create organizational structure that supports multi-brand distribution while maintaining operational excellenc

 

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

 

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not required)
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive warehouse/distribution management experience in facilities of 50,000+ square feet
  • Minimum 5+ years in leading people and multi-site oversight experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading warehouse transformations, system implementations, or organizational restructuring initiatives

Technical Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (Softeon experience highly preferred)
  • Expert-level experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred, SAP/Oracle acceptable)
  • Proven track record with system integrations, data migration projects, and multi-platform environments
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles, 5S methodology, and continuous improvement frameworks

Industry-Specific Experience

  • Experience in multi-brand distribution environments or complex product portfolio management
  • Background in HVAC, building materials, or industrial supplies industries preferred
  • Demonstrated success in acquisition integration or business unit consolidation projects
  • Experience with time studies, labor optimization, and facility layout design

Other Work Requirements

  • This is an on-site role based in Bayshore, NY (This position is 100% onsite)

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $116,000 - $152,250 of MRP annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

 

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

 

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
