What Drives Success

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Sales Operations Analyst to help drive operational excellence across our residential sales organization. This position is primarily responsible for providing analytical and operational support to regional sales teams through modeling and evaluation of customer proposals as well as execution of agreements. This role serves as a key business partner to the supported sales team, acting as an internal consultant on deal economics, structure, contract execution, and sales insights.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed sales and profitability projections/analysis to support proposed customer deals.
  • Analyze deal structures to assess financial impact, risks, and alignment with company objectives; provide recommendations to sales leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support regional sales teams by advising on deal structure, economics, and process flow.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract process for approved deals, including coordination with Sales, Finance, Legal, and other cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution.
  • Monitor deal performance and outcomes against projections; identify variances and provide insights to improve future deal structuring.
  • Provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to supported sales teams on deal structures, financial considerations, and Sales Operations processes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for supported deal types, procedures, and reporting; recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency.

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires at least 1 year related experience.
  • Requires a substantial understanding of market trends and factors and an ability to identify likely impact on the sales of various products.
  • Must have strong ability to analyze data and organize it into useful information.
  • Requires understanding of financial data and competitive markets.
  • Must have knowledge of SAP query design, and Microsoft Office including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access.
  • Requires strong oral and written communication skills.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,200 - $82,950 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
