What Drives Success

Under direct supervision, the Strategic Account Leader supports the management and growth of one or more existing national accounts by delivering differentiated customer service and contributing to increased revenue and profitability. This role focuses on strengthening strategic customer relationships, ensuring high post-sales satisfaction, and supporting long-term account retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the management, retention, and growth of assigned strategic and national accounts to drive revenue and profitability
  • Assist in maintaining and strengthening relationships with key strategic customers and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure high levels of post-sales customer satisfaction by proactively addressing customer needs and facilitating timely resolutions
  • Support initiatives that promote long-term customer loyalty and repeat business
  • Assist with customer training, onboarding, and delivery of value-added services
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring consistent communication and follow-through
  • Help identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through additional services or solutions
  • Track account activity, performance metrics, and customer interactions within CRM systems

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Five to Ten year customer support
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-focused mindset
  • Effective listening, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, product demonstrations, and sales techniques
  • Understanding of customer service principles, including needs assessment and customer satisfaction evaluation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of industry products and services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $88,000 - 130,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

 

Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.

 

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
