What Drives Success

As a Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth across your assigned region by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. You'll be responsible for increasing sales of our products and services, while also having the opportunity to manage a limited number of key or named customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow sales across an assigned multi-state territory
• Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and shop personnel
• Drive competitive product conversions
• Conduct distributor branch visits, shop visits, and jobsite calls
• Perform hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions
• Execute Star Trips and customer ride-alongs
• Collaborate on pricing strategies and submit exception requests
• Maintain CRM activity, opportunity tracking, and weekly reporting
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

 

 

 

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of outside sales experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Proven success managing large or multi-state territories
  • Experience selling through distribution and calling on contractors
  • Strong product and technical aptitude
  • Ability to travel 50–75% of the time
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability
Candidates should be comfortable with overnight travel (approximately 2–3 nights per week) to support customer visits, field training, and distributor engagement.

What We Offer

Compensation & Work Location:

This is a remote-based opportunity that offers a commission-based incentive plan with a total compensation range of $109k to $143k which will be based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and education.  In addition, you will have a company car plus the opportunity to earn bonuses.

 

*This is a remote-based opportunity. The ideal candidate would reside in the NJ area.
