What Drives Success

Under general supervision, the Dealer Engagement Specialist works directly with new and existing dealers to ensure strong adoption of Lennox processes, tools, and programs. This role supports dealers by addressing questions related to core Lennox procedures, while also focusing on development, retention, and expansion of dealer participation in Lennox services and activities. The Specialist plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and strengthening long‑term dealer relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities

Dealer Engagement & Support

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned dealers, ensuring their understanding of and adherence to Lennox processes and procedures.
  • Provide guidance to new and existing customers on how to successfully conduct business with Lennox.
  • Research and resolve customer issues to accelerate onboarding and ensure customer satisfaction.

Outbound Communication & Program Adoption

  • Place regularly scheduled outbound calls to assigned customers to increase participation in Lennox programs, services, and promotional activities.
  • Promote current product offerings, future solutions, marketing programs, and other value‑added initiatives.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales, etc.) to drive outreach campaigns and enhance dealer engagement.
  • Support Territory Managers with new business development activities aimed at accelerating customer sales and conversion to Lennox.

Customer Experience & Feedback

  • Conduct ongoing customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to improve dealer experience and inform internal stakeholders.
  • Track documentation, follow-ups, and customer interactions with strong organizational discipline.

What We Are Looking For

Qualifications:

 

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong relationship‑building and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent listening, persuasion, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and data‑analysis skills to effectively manage activities, requests, and timelines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in roles, responsibilities, and business needs.

 

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).  The starting salary range for this role and market is between $45,600 to $59,850 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

 

Employees in this role are also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
