What Drives Success

Under general direction, responsible for the management, development and implementation of compensation programs.  Provides consultative support to business leaders and HR Business Partners regarding compensation matters.  Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations using compensation techniques, methods and practices.

 

Serves as primary compensation consultant to HR Business Partners in providing advice, direction and guidance on complex compensation matters.  Responsible for the end-to-end program management of Lennox’s annual compensation planning cycle to include the design, development, implementation and on-going enhancements of the programs.  Assist in the development and upkeep of domestic and international salaried pay and career structures, as well as hourly wage structures.  Applies advanced knowledge of compensation strategy to solve complex problems and develop original solutions.  Conducts rigorous analysis of multiple and complex data sources to create various compensation models.  Recommends, conducts and participates in assigned salary surveys in order to understand competitive compensation levels, as well as ensure equitable compensation across the company. Develop and deliver compensation related communications.  Collaborate with IT in the design and on-going enhancements of the Lennox’s HR compensation systems.  Plans, executes and leads compensation team projects requiring analysis of factors that cross organizational lines and impact multiple organizational units.  Participate in compensation surveys and industry survey groups to improve competitive pay levels within the organization. Review new and revised jobs for appropriate internal career mapping and pay level; maintain compliance with relevant regulations.  Audit employee data to ensure consistent application of policies and compliance with regulations.  Assist in the maintenance of the job description database ensuring consistency with career framework and related systems.

What We Are Looking For

Requires a bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years of compensation experience. Degree in Business Management or Human Resource Management preferred. Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation a plus.

Possess project management experience in the area of human resource programs. Demonstrated skills in the area of consulting and influencing, as well as strong verbal and written communications. Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex problems and offer solutions. Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills required, with exceptional logical thought processes and deductive reasoning ability. Strong Microsoft Excel skills including the ability to analyze data and create meaningful information. Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $113,000 - 148,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
