Our Stuttgart, AR facility specializes in producing high-quality commercial HVAC products, with a strong focus on craftsmanship, precision, and manufacturing excellence. 

Under direct supervision, inspects products and evaluates data to ensure quality.

Collects, analyzes, and reports on quality-related data from the production line. Performs and reports on internal quality process and product audits.

• Basic understanding of general blueprints and ability to read/interpret them 

• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Understanding of customer quality requirements 

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively 

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is $23.35 per hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
