What Drives Success

Shape Strategy. Drive Growth. Make an Impact.

We’re looking for a strategic and results-oriented Category Manager who is ready to take ownership of complex product categories and turn insights into performance. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape strategy, influence key decisions, and directly drive revenue and profitability.

If you thrive at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and cross-functional collaboration — and enjoy seeing your decisions translate into measurable business results — this opportunity is for you.

What You’ll Own

Category Strategy & Performance

  • Develop and execute category strategies that support both immediate objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Own category performance, monitoring sales, margins, inventory, and key KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and product positioning to maximize profitability and market share.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive moves, and evolving consumer behaviors.

Product Lifecycle & Assortment Optimization

  • Manage the full product lifecycle — from new product introduction to end-of-life decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to refine, expand, or streamline the assortment to improve performance and align with customer needs.
  • Build compelling, data-driven business cases to support category investments and initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner closely with marketing, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans.
  • Enhance digital presence and online visibility through collaboration with merchandising and e-commerce teams.
  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with suppliers to drive innovation, promotions, and competitive advantage.

What We Are Looking For

What You Bring

  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect day-to-day initiatives to long-term business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and convert insights into action.
  • Proven experience developing and presenting data-backed business cases with clear financial impact.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills across internal teams and external partners.
  • High level of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Teams, SAP, Power BI, and Qlik Sense
  • HVAC industry experience preferred

Why Join Us?

  • High-visibility role with direct impact on revenue and profitability.
  • Opportunity to influence strategy and shape the future of key product categories.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional environment where your voice matters.
  • Strong platform for continued career growth and leadership development.

If you’re ready to take ownership, drive meaningful results, and elevate category performance, we’d love to connect with you.
