  • Partner with the Business Compliance Manager to evaluate current inventory processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Lead and support initiatives to enhance the annual physical inventory count, including methodology, execution, documentation, and post‑count analysis.
  • Conduct onsite reviews at manufacturing and distribution locations to assess compliance, observe processes, and validate inventory existence and completeness.
  • Analyze operational data and identify trends, control gaps, and root causes.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Store Leadership—to implement process improvements.
  • Manage and execute ad hoc compliance and operational projects as assigned.
  • Support ongoing development of inventory-related policies, procedures, and best practices.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, business compliance, or a similar field.
  • SAP and/or inventory warehouse management application experience highly desired.
  • Ability to analyze complex business processes and identify risks and control weaknesses.
  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience building effective partnerships and maximizing business relationships.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, stay organized, and focus on details.
  • Excellent leadership and developmental skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with teams across multiple locations.
