AES a division of Lennox, was established in 1988 and is one of the largest manufacturers of roof curbs and drop box diffuser systems in the nation.  We have recently expanded our capabilities as a single source supplier by adding a Mechanical Services Division as well as becoming a Misc. Steel manufacturer.  These new services will reduce construction costs and eliminate coordination with multiple suppliers and subcontractors.  Our focus will be to enhance the services provided to our General Contractor network nationwide.  AES has 4 different fabrication facility locations nationwide to assist our customers and reduce their freight cost and shipment lead times. 

What Drives Success

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Manage and coordinate field installation crews across multiple states.
  • Implement operational procedures and safety protocols in compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Conduct site visits and audits to assess project progress, crew performance, and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project management to ensure seamless project planning and execution.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to installation crews, addressing any challenges that arise during projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports highlighting performance metrics, project outcomes, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources to enhance employee engagement, drive recruitment, and manage performance.
  • Onboard and train new installation crew members, ensuring they are well-versed in safety practices, installation techniques, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for both new and existing installation crews to maintain high standards of safety and quality.
  • Oversee the management of fleet vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained, equipped, and utilized efficiently for project needs.
  • Allocate crew resources, ensuring teams are prepared for each project.

What We Are Looking For

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree or related field experience 
  • Degree's preferred: Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a managerial role within construction industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel to project sites across the United States. This position will require the employee to travel 20-35%. 
  • OSHA certification is preferred

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $86,400 - $113,400 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
