We are seeking a Market Pricing Analyst – Lead to play a lead role in setting price strategy and executing actions across customer and product dimensions.
This role is ideal for a professional with experience in pricing, sales, product management, and/or financial analysis. You will oversee pricing models, analyze competition, and collaborate with members of pricing, sales, and finance to influence business decisions and support our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead pricing strategy development across product lines and customer segments, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
· Develop and refine pricing models, incorporating predictive analytics and market intelligence.
· Collaborate with a team of pricing analysts, fostering growth and excellence.
· Partner with leadership, sales, revenue operations, product marketing, and finance to shape pricing policies and strategies.
· Monitor North American market trends and competitor actions, providing proactive recommendations for margin optimization, revenue growth, and market share expansion.
· Drive pricing governance and compliance across the organization.
· Prepare pricing analyses and related presentations to communicate insights, results, and strategic recommendations.
· Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
· 7+ years of experience in pricing / financial analysis, product marketing, and / or sales.
· Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI). Proficiency in statistical modeling and price optimization preferred.
· Exceptional communication and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
· Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a global market perspective.
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $98,000 - $128,100 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
