The Human Resources Generalist – Supply Chain & Distribution is responsible for delivering hands‑on, day‑to‑day HR support to hourly and frontline leaders across Lennox U.S. distribution facilities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for employee relations, HR administration, policy guidance, and compliance, ensuring consistent HR support that aligns with Lennox policies, employment laws, and operational needs of a high‑volume distribution environment.
This role partners closely with site leadership, Operations, Safety, and HR Centers of Excellence, while remaining primarily execution‑focused rather than strategic in nature.

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.
Knowledge of HR techniques, applications and programs. Working knowledge of HRIS systems (SAP) and Microsoft Office. Must have proven written and verbal skills. Ability to utilize and recognize ways to improve workflow efficiency.
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $63,000 - $82,950 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
