What Drives Success

The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Systems Enablement serves as the primary business and systems leader responsible for enabling supply chain logistics objectives through technology, data, and integrated system solutions. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, and business leaders to define strategy, drive systems enablement initiatives, and ensure sustainable adoption of supply chain technologies.

 

The role leads both the Supply Chain Systems team and the Supply Chain Systems Training & Education team, ensuring solutions are effectively designed, implemented, adopted, and continuously improved. As a senior leader, this position shapes system strategy, mitigates delivery risk, and ensures supply chain systems capabilities support business performance, scalability, and optimization goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Supply Chain Systems Strategy & Enablement

  • Serves as the primary business solution architect responsible for aligning supply chain logistics processes and technology to business objectives.
  • Assists in setting strategic direction for supply chain initiatives, with specific ownership of systems enablement, technology capabilities, and data utilization.
  • Develops proactive strategies to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks related to supply chain systems, processes, and technology.
  • Partners with national and regional stakeholders to define supply chain systems objectives and execute action plans that consistently achieve organizational goals.

Systems Leadership & Delivery

  • Leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain logistics systems and supporting technologies.
  • Directs internal and external resources to deliver scalable, repeatable, and sustainable systems solutions.
  • Oversees the full System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality delivery, effective controls, and business value realization.
  • Develops integrated program plans, including resource needs, project dependencies, and delivery milestones.
  • Ensures system capabilities enable efficient decision‑making, appropriate lead times, and operational execution.

Training, Education & Adoption

  • Leads the Supply Chain Systems Training & Education function to ensure effective learning, onboarding, and ongoing capability development.
  • Ensures training strategies support system adoption, standard work, and sustained performance.
  • Partners with business and functional leaders to assess readiness, identify skill gaps, and develop targeted education programs.
  • Drives change enablement practices that improve user experience, adoption rates, and business outcomes.

Data, Analytics & Decision Support

  • Develops innovative methods for analyzing supply chain data and system performance.
  • Interprets and translates data insights to influence organizational decision‑making and strategic direction.
  • Ensures systems provide actionable, reliable, and timely insights to supply chain leadership.

Governance, Financial & Stakeholder Management

  • Oversees budgets for areas of responsibility; monitors performance and initiates corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensures program goals are defined, tracked, and updated regularly, with risks and issues actively managed.
  • Serves as a key communication link between system teams, business stakeholders, and leadership on process and technology improvements.
  • Supports continuous improvement through standardization, governance, and best‑practice sharing.

Impact & Scope

  • Enterprise-level impact across Supply Chain and Logistics functions.
  • Leads multiple teams, including Supply Chain Systems and Systems Training & Education.
  • Influences long‑term supply chain systems strategy, performance, and optimization outcomes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Information Systems, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field).
  • Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain systems, logistics enablement, or technology‑driven transformation.
  • Demonstrated success leading complex systems implementations, cross‑functional teams, and enterprise change initiatives.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $140,800-$184,800 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
