 What You’ll Do

Under general direction, this role is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily warehouse operations, including the movement, storage, and distribution of materials. The Warehouse Supervisor ensures efficient use of resources, maintains accurate inventory records, and leads a team to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of employees responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse or storage facility
  • Oversee daily operations including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities
  • Process orders from requisitions and ensure accurate and timely dispensing of materials
  • Ensure safe and efficient use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, hand trucks, hoists, and conveyors
  • Develop work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance to meet productivity goals
  • Ensure all procedures are followed according to company standards and safety regulations
  • Monitor workflow to ensure resources are used effectively and operational targets are achieved
  • Assist with inventory control activities including cycle counts, stock rotation, and discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized systems and respond to inquiries regarding stock levels and delivery timelines
  • Train, coach, and support team members to drive performance and engagement

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of related warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a production or warehouse environment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material handling processes
  • Experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar inventory systems
  • Ability to lead teams, prioritize work, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout a manufacturing facility for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in an industrial environment, including exposure to noise, heat, and machinery
  • Ability to use a computer and standard office equipment for extended periods

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $69,000 - $90,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
