Lead and optimize Order-to-Cash processes within SAP ECC for nationwide HVAC distribution operations. Responsible for pricing, distribution strategy, and customer fulfillment process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP ECC SD module.
• Manage pricing, rebates, contracts, and billing processes.
• Optimize order management and delivery scheduling.
• Support multi-warehouse distribution environments.
• Integrate SD with PP, MM, FI, and EWM/WM.
• Improve ATP accuracy and fulfillment performance.
• Lead testing cycles and go-live support.

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Requires at least 8 years SAP ECC SD related experience.
• Strong experience in wholesale/distribution models.
• Deep pricing configuration experience.
• Strong cross-functional integration capability.
• Business-facing communication strength.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $138,000 - $180,600 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
