What Drives Success

Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, the Continuous Improvement Senior Analyst will be responsible for helping lead cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for identifying process gaps, analyzing performance, and implementing data-driven solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and overall business results.

 

The Continuous Improvement Sr. Analyst will partner closely with operations leaders and cross-functional teams to lead projects from concept through implementation, applying Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured problem-solving methodologies to deliver measurable outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Improvement Execution:
    • Lead cross-functional process improvement projects focused on closing performance gaps and achieving business objectives.
    • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
    • Analyze current state processes and design practical, data-driven solutions to enhance performance.
  • Process Analysis & Problem Solving:
    • Conduct detailed process analysis to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and root causes of performance issues.
    • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies to develop and implement sustainable improvements.
    • Lead root cause analysis efforts and drive corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Project Leadership:
    • Manage improvement projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
    • Facilitate cross-functional teams to drive accountability, engagement, and successful project execution.
    • Monitor project progress and track results to ensure targeted outcomes are achieved.
  • Data & Performance Management:
    • Utilize data analytics and business information tools to support decision-making and quantify improvement impact.
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and sustain improvements over time.
    • Translate data into actionable insights for operations and business leaders.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Work closely with operations, quality, engineering, and other functional teams to drive alignment on improvement initiatives.
    • Communicate project status, risks, and results effectively to stakeholders.
    • Support a culture of continuous improvement through collaboration and engagement at all levels of the organization.

 

What We Are Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement, manufacturing, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and statistical analysis methods
  • Advanced data and business analysis skills, including Excel, Access, SQL, or similar tools
  • Ability to analyze complex processes and translate findings into actionable solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive project completion
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of operational performance drivers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence without authority

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $83,000-$110,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
