JOB TITLE:        Mechanical Engineer II

LOCATION:       420 Southwell Blvd. Tifton, GA 31794           

DUTIES:

• Engineering Design Calculation for Engineer to order products based on the customer needs.
• Manage and work on Engineering support on the daily production and Quality requirement.
• Lab Testing and Validation of new design/ideas, on the baseline testing to determine the current efficiency and test the products as per US regulations to qualify for the product launch, work on the “Data analytics” based on the test results, identify the area of improvement and work on the product improvement.
• Assist in the interpretation and implementation of customer specifications and documentation requirements.
• Assist in the application of engineering principal knowledge to conduct routine analyses and/or tests pertaining to the development of new designs, methods, materials or processes.
• Field Failures and Engineering warranty, Support the customers and Field service Engineering team providing the Engineering solutions on time.
• Working with Manufacturing and Quality team on improving the process in the factory, providing Engineering standard documents to improve the quality and throughput.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years of experience in the job offered or as an Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following: 
  • 2 years managing and executing engineering projects and collaborating with cross‑functional teams;
  • 2 years in engineering processes to product design and sustaining engineering changes (ECR/ECN);
  • 2 years in engineering calculations and component selection;
  • 2 years in CAD and engineering documentation, and ERP/document control systems;
  • 2 years using FMEA, DFM, and simulation tools for engineering analysis;
  • Experience conducting root‑cause analysis and failure investigations; and
  • Experience supporting manufacturing operations, including test planning, data analysis, and validation.
