What Drives Success

The Field Marketing Specialist will support dedicated sales districts, assist in developing district- and/or region-specific marketing strategies, and execute marketing plans with unique experiences and campaigns. This individual will partner across the marketing and sales organizations on marketing initiatives that meet company and department goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In collaboration with the Field Marketing Manager, develop integrated, region-specific marketing plans to drive sales and dealer engagement.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams and cross-functional teams to drive and/or support field marketing activities that will contribute to company and department goals. 
  • Become a region expert with a good understanding of local market and dealer needs, as well as regional trends, competition and dealer network structure. 
  • Communicate with regional dealers and actively participate in their sales events and visits as needed. 
  • Assist in monitoring and analyzing field marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to Field Marketing Manager to distribute to senior management.
  • Serve as the central point of contact and owner of the regional marketing action plan & allocated regional budget. 
  • Working with sales counterparts, create marketing materials for specific district needs.
  • Assist in aggregating and packaging existing marketing messaging and initiatives to share with local sales teams

What We Are Looking For

  • Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires business acumen and expertise in marketing strategy and best practices.
  • Requires strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have knowledge of a Microsoft Office and other related technologies.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $52,800 - $69,300 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
