As a Data & AI Co-Op, you will work closely with the Data & AI team and cross-functional partners to support data modeling, AI application development, reporting, and foundational machine learning efforts. This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and data-driven applications in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This role will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
Design and build an AI-powered application using LLMs to automate or enhance a business process. Gain hands-on experience with prompt engineering, APIs, evaluation, and deployment.
Develop scalable data and AI workflows that integrate multiple systems and services. Implement cloud-based AI solutions, monitoring, and automation capabilities following engineering best practices.
Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.
Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50 – $25/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
