As an SAP EWM Functional Analyst Co-Op, you will work closely with business users, project leaders, and functional and technical teams to deliver warehouse management solutions that improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, and supply chain operations. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

SAP EWM Project Support

  • Participate in SAP EWM implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
  • Support projects converting regional distribution centers from SNACC to SAP S/4HANA EWM.
  • Assist with implementing SAP S/4HANA EWM within manufacturing operations.
  • Contribute to enhancements that improve existing solutions and deliver additional business value.
  • Support project execution and deployment activities in collaboration with business, functional, and technical teams.

Warehouse Process Analysis & Solution Design

  • Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution documentation.
  • Support warehouse process design for inbound, outbound, inventory, and internal warehouse movements.
  • Help document current-state and future-state business processes.
  • Collaborate with project teams to translate warehouse and inventory requirements into effective SAP solutions.

Testing & Solution Validation

  • Develop and execute test scripts for SAP EWM functionality.
  • Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Document testing results, identify defects, and track issues through resolution.
  • Validate that system functionality aligns with documented business requirements and expected warehouse processes.

Data Validation & Migration

  • Assist with master data validation, data migration, and data reconciliation activities.
  • Use Microsoft Excel to review, analyze, and validate warehouse and inventory data.
  • Help identify data discrepancies and support issue resolution.
  • Contribute to data readiness activities required for successful system deployment.

Documentation & Deployment Support

  • Prepare project deliverables, including process flows, test scripts, training materials, requirements, and status reports.
  • Support user readiness, training, and deployment activities.
  • Assist with documenting system changes, business processes, and project decisions.
  • Collaborate with users and project team members throughout implementation and post-deployment activities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Currently pursuing a master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management and inventory control concepts
  • Knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, formulas, data analysis, and reporting
  • Understanding of business process analysis and documentation, including process flows, requirements, and user stories
  • Familiarity with software testing concepts, including test-case creation, UAT, and defect tracking
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies and work effectively in a cross-functional project environment
  • Strong collaboration skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to SAP EWM, SAP S/4HANA, or SAP ERP systems
  • Understanding of warehouse operations, including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and physical inventory
  • Familiarity with distribution center and manufacturing warehouse processes
  • Experience with data validation, reconciliation, or migration activities
  • Exposure to enterprise system implementation or business transformation projects

What We Are Looking For

Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Entry Level.

Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.

What We Offer

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $22.50 – $25.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
